Hike to JOY!

connect. grow. play.

To rediscover your inner fire and spark.
A multi-day OFFLINE hiking journey with coaching, breathwork & nature.

Reconnect with nature. Reconnect with yourself.

For anyone longing for peace, freedom, and inspiration. For those who want to reconnect with themselves and walk their own path.
For the curious, the dreamers and the believers.Whatever your story is – you are welcome.

You:

  • are standing at a crossroads in your life. Which path will you choose?
  • are grieving, experiencing loss or sadness;
  • feel that something in your life no longer aligns. It’s time for change — a new chapter — even if you don’t yet know what it is;
  • have just come out of a relationship or feel you need to make a choice within one;
  • have quit your job or are considering doing so;
  • want to reconnect with your own voice, desires, and boundaries;
  • are ready to bring your idea or dream to life;
  • want adventure and a new experience.
  1. Community

You meet new people and share a deep, transformative experience. You realize you are not alone in your journey and build meaningful connections.

2.Your self-love grows

By stepping away from your usual environment, surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquility, you experience a deeper connection with yourself and the natural world. This creates space for reflection: What do you truly want in life? And how do you take steps toward your desires and dreams? You will discover it all.

3. Better mental well-being

The coaching sessions, combined with a breathwork session and hiking “alone,” help you build self-confidence, resilience, and emotional balance. Nature helps you stay present in the moment. Through movement and being in this environment, you experience less stress, more relaxation, and a more positive mood.
Walking in nature and engaging your senses quiets your mind. You become more aware of what you need and what feels right for you.
This reconnects you with your intuition and your joy — that quiet, powerful wisdom that lives in you.
You experience deep calm, fresh inspiration, and self-trust. An experience you carry with you for the rest of your life.
The Fisherman’s Trail (Trilho dos Pescadores)
A coastal trail in Southwest Portugal, part of the Rota Vicentina.
  • Length: approx. 226 km, divided over 13 stages of ~20 km per day on average.
    During this hiking journey, you will hike for 5 days, covering a total of 95 km.
We conclude with a beautiful campfire ceremony with singing and an incredible musician.
Voice liberation
Voice liberation helps you release tension and emotions by using your voice freely, without judgment or performance.
It increases your self-confidence and sense of self-expression, as you learn to let yourself be fully heard. It also brings relaxation to your breathing, body, and nervous system, creating a deeper connection with yourself and the present moment.

Team

Perla (Founder, Coach and Group Leader)
When I was 22, I climbed Table Mountain and Lion’s Head in South Africa. That was my first experience with hiking — and I loved it. I felt energized and focused on the path: which step comes next, and the step after that? It gave me calmness in my mind and a huge sense of achievement upon reaching the top.

Two years later, at 24, I hiked the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal: 17 days walking through the mountains. Magical. The power of spending several days in nature, without a phone, in silence. It created space for reflection: Where does my behavior come from? What do I want in life? There was also room for grief and sadness, but beautiful memories surfaced as well. It wasn’t always easy; some days were physically and emotionally challenging. But the feeling afterward: pure joy.

The breathwork ceremonies I experienced were also a turning point for me. They helped me release pain and emotions and gave me insight into where certain patterns originated.
These experiences shaped me — and that’s exactly why I want you to experience this too.

Lonneke (Breathwork Ceremony Facilitator)

My interest in helping people feel good grew in my early twenties, when I struggled with limiting patterns and beliefs. I often felt overwhelmed, overstimulated, and exhausted by my thoughts.

After ten years of personal development with psychologists, coaches, alternative healers, and trainings, I now help others. I use the breath as a tool in their growth process.

I am particularly fascinated by cellular memory and (micro)trauma, and how you can free yourself from them. The breath has helped me in this journey.

I believe it is important to learn how to handle both our own and others’ emotions.
